主要分析了液力变矩器点固焊过程中的两个技术关键及其解决方法。根据精度理论 ,对其影响要素进行系统分析 ,并在此基础上提出实用的精度控制方案。应用有限元法对焊接过程受力和收缩变形进行全面分析 ,得出了预留间隙的精确范围。最后 ,给出了实现上述两个控制过程的系统硬件及软件设计结构。
This paper mainly analyzes the two key technologies and their solutions in the spot welding process of torque converter. According to the accuracy theory, the influencing factors are systematically analyzed, and based on this, a practical precision control scheme is proposed. The finite element method is applied to comprehensively analyze the stress and shrinkage of the welding process, and the precise range of the reserved clearance is obtained. Finally, the design of system hardware and software to realize the above two control processes is given.
