关于“糖与健康”的说法社会上流传颇多,综合起来,一是吃糖有害健康.二是多吃糖有害健康.三是国人食糖现状如何?对于第一个问题,我国科学家早有结论:食糖不影响健康.美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)组成了专家进行的调查结果表明:蔗糖除造成龋齿外,未发现对人体的危害.并明确肯定了四条:一、糖尿病、心脏病、高血压和癌症等并非由食蔗糖引起;二、蔗糖与胆结石病、儿童多动症无关;三、蔗糖并不特别使人增肥,有些肥胖者所吃的糖并不比体重正常者多;四、食用蔗糖并不妨碍人体对外来必需营养素的吸收.
