通知指出,青年岗位能手活动是一项与建立现代企业制度相配套,以提高青工整体素质、培养企业新一代合格劳动者为目标的基础性工程。总体目标是:在企业中普遍开展青年岗位能手活动,使多数青工成为技术熟练、作风过硬的各级青年岗位能手,同时造就一大批“品德优良、技能精湛、贡献突出”的优秀青年人才。今后,每年表彰命名100至200名全国青年岗位能手,10名全国杰出青年岗位能手。
The circular pointed out that the activity of young professionals is a basic project that aims to establish a modern enterprise system with the objective of improving the overall quality of young workers and training a new generation of qualified workers. The overall objective is to carry out the activities of young postmen in businesses in general and to make most young workers skilled and competent young postmen at all levels, and at the same time, create a large number of outstanding young talents with excellent moral qualities, outstanding skills and outstanding contributions. In the future, 100 to 200 national youth post experts and 10 national outstanding youth post experts will be awarded each year.
