一、前言众所周知,球铁采用硅铁进行包内育往往容易产生孕育衰退,有时难以获得满意的孕育效果。为了提高球铁孕育效果,近十多年来在革新孕育方法和探索高效孕育剂方面取得了进展。型内孕育工艺就是新发展起来的孕育方法之一。资料介绍了国外采用FeSi进行球铁型内孕育的情况,结果表明它比包内孕育具有较好的孕育效果:石墨球数量增加,球径减小,球化率提高,从而使球铁机械性能有所提高。资料认为用纯硅或纯硅铁包内孕育时,通常只起很小的孕育作用,仅当硅铁中含有微量元素(为Al、Ca、Mn等)时,才有较好的孕育效果。资料指出,
