结合烧结配料结构、烧结矿成分、工艺生产操作参数与低温还原粉化指数数据的对比分析,研究影响烧结低温还原粉化指数的影响因素.结果表明:烧结矿SiO2、CaO、FeO、MgO的升高有益于低温还原粉化指数的升高,另外生产过程工艺参数(点火温度、主管温度、主管负压、煤气质量)对烧结低温还原粉化指数也有较大影响.
