在中等职业教育快速发展的今天,如何培养出符合社会发展需要的高素质强技能的技工人才,成为各个中职学校办学的核心目标。这就要求中职学校在办学过程中应坚持教书与育人并举、教学与管理并重的办学理念,育人工作受到高度重视。中职语文作为一门基础学科,除作为一门工具学科外,还承担着陶冶性情、培育情操、培养道德的育人作用,对中职院校的人文教育起着极大地促进作用。
