公平正义是一个古老而又具有时代特色的话题,公平正义是人类社会追求的重要价值目标。在人类的历史长河中,人们对公平正义的呼唤,表达了人们对公平正义理想社会的期盼与追求。但因时代不同、国家不同、阶层不同,社会群体所认同的公平正义也就各不相同,公平正义总是同当时具体的经济情况相符合,从而公平正义呈现出社会历史性与阶级性等特征。
Fairness and justice is an ancient and time-specific topic, and fairness and justice are the important values pursued by human society. In the long history of mankind, people call for fairness and justice, expressing people’s expectations and pursuit of an ideal society of fairness and justice. However, due to different times, different countries and different social strata, the social groups agree that fairness and justice are different. Fairness and justice are always consistent with the specific economic conditions of the time. Therefore, fairness and justice show the characteristics of social history and class.
