本文将钢筋混凝土构件的裂缝宽度验算和强度计算结合起来研究,提出了根据强度计算阶段选用的实际配筋率、以允许最大钢筋直径值直接控制构件裂缝宽度于规范允许值之内的原理和方法。导出了单筋受弯构件的直接控制方程,并给出了简化设计图表。方法符合设计程序,应用方便。本文工作同时揭示:当构件采用某些强度等级混凝土和Ⅰ级钢时均能确保满足裂缝宽度允许值的要求;修订的钢筋混凝土结构设计规范中关于[W_(max)]=0.4mm的规定在常见情况下并无限制意义。
This paper combines the crack width verification and strength calculation of reinforced concrete members, and proposes the principle and method of selecting the actual reinforcement ratio according to the strength calculation stage to allow the maximum rebar diameter value to directly control the crack width of the component within the allowable value of the specification. . The direct control equations for single-bending members are derived, and simplified design charts are given. The method complies with the design procedure and is easy to apply. The work of this paper also reveals that when the component adopts certain strength grade concrete and Grade I steel, it can ensure that the crack width allowable value can be met; the provisions of [W_(max)] = 0.4mm in the revised design specification for reinforced concrete structures are There are no restrictions in common situations.
