控温棒材产品因合金用量少、成本低和效益回收率大等优点被很多企业实践。然而,头尾性能不稳定导致成材率低,成本增加。通过对控温工艺进行优化,实现了产品性能稳定,使头尾性能稳定在17.5MPa内,性能废品量降低6.03kg/t,成材率提升0.60%。
Temperature bar products because of the amount of alloy, low cost and high efficiency benefits such as the advantages of many companies practice. However, the instability of the head and tail leads to low yield and increased costs.
