在非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,新有机试剂4-(6-溴-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)邻苯二酚(6-Br-BTAPC)与钼(Ⅵ)在pH4.7~5.5范围内发生高灵敏显色反应,形成稳定的、带负电荷的、紫红色三元胶束配合物。该配合物中Mo(Ⅵ)与6-Br-BTAPC的组成比为12;其λmax为576nm,对比度(Δλ)高达136nm;在20℃、μ0.1和pH5.0时,其表观稳定常数为1.1×1010,表观摩尔吸收系数ε576为8.54×104Lmol-1cm-1。钼(Ⅵ)含量在0~0.72mg/L范围内遵从比耳定律。该显色反应不仅具有高灵敏度,而且具有较高的选择性。建议了配合物的结构。本法用于合金钢试样中小量或痕量钼的测定,取得了满意的结果。
The new organic reagent 4- (6-bromo-2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol (6-Br-BTAPC) was reacted with molybdenum (Ⅵ) in the presence of nonionic surfactant OP at pH4.7-5 .5 range of highly sensitive chromogenic reaction to form a stable, negatively charged, purple-red ternary micellar complexes. The composition ratio of Mo (Ⅵ) to 6-Br-BTAPC in this complex was 12; λmax was 576 nm and contrast (Δλ) was as high as 136 nm; at 20 ℃, μ0.1 and pH5.0, its apparent stability constant Was 1.1 × 1010, and the apparent molar absorptivity ε576 was 8.54 × 104 Lmol-1cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0.72mg / L for molybdenum (Ⅵ). The color reaction is not only highly sensitive but also highly selective. The structure of the complex is suggested. This method is used for the determination of small or trace amounts of molybdenum in alloy steel samples and achieved satisfactory results.
