“十月怀胎,一朝分娩”。能完全渡过妊娠产下一健康可爱的小宝宝,是每一名产妇及家属的心愿。倘若发生胎死宫内,将会给他们的身心和身体造成极大的伤害。本文就我院1992年～1999年间胎死宫内56例进行回顾性分析如下。 一、临床资料 本组产妇年龄20～38岁(平均26岁);其中初产妇51例,经产妇5例;发生死胎49例,死产7例。 1.发生胎死宫内孕周及时间:(1)孕周:妊娠20周～27周15例;妊娠28周～36周24例;妊娠7～41周15例;妊娠≥42 “Pregnancy in October, once childbirth.” To completely cross pregnancy gives birth to a healthy and lovely baby, is the wish of every woman and their families.
