肥胖是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,肥胖人群有着更高的心血管发病率和死亡率。肝x受体(1iver X receptor LXR)作为一种氧化固醇激活的核受体,参与机体多种生理活动的调节。LXR作为调节能量代谢尤其是脂代谢的关键基因,在肥胖的发生发展中起着重要作用,而LXR在动脉粥样硬化、缺血性心脏病等心血管疾病中起着保护作用。LXR作为肥胖和心血管疾病的共同基因通路,进一步研究LXR的生理作用及作用机制,使得它们有望成为制药新靶点。
Obesity is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and obese people have higher cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. As a nuclear receptor activated by oxidized sterols, liver x receptor (LXR) is involved in the regulation of many physiological activities of the body. LXR, as a key gene regulating energy metabolism, especially lipid metabolism, plays an important role in the development of obesity. LXR plays a protective role in cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease. As a common gene pathway of obesity and cardiovascular diseases, LXR further studies the physiological role of LXR and its mechanism of action, making them expected to become a new target of pharmacy.
