‘华丰’梨是以‘新高’梨为母本,‘丰水’梨为父本杂交选育而成,S基因型为S3S9,在湖南长沙地区9月上旬果实成熟,果实扁圆形,果皮黄褐色,平均单果质量为331.82g,果肉脆嫩,石细胞少,风味甜,可溶性固形物含量11.9%～12.2%,可滴定酸含量0.08%～0.19%,维生素C含量0.0440～0.0528mg·g-1,耐贮运性好,栽培适应性强。
