城市内河设计洪水的计算对于河涌水系、水利设施布局及雨水管网的规划设计非常重要。目前,城市内河设计洪水大多采用传统的综合瞬时单位线法、推理公式法计算,此方法存在一定的局限性,比如对于存在多种下垫面的流域适应性较差,对通过市政管道汇水的区域缺乏针对性等。为了优化传统的计算方法,在百色市某新区排水防涝规划中,利用水力模型软件建立排水管网和水系模型,针对流域特点选择相应的汇流模型计算各河道的设计洪水,并与瞬时单位线法的计算结果进行比较分析,初步验证了模型算法的合理性,可以作为类似项目的参考。

At present, most of the inland river design floods are calculated by traditional integrated instantaneous unit line method and inferential formula method. This method has some limitations, such as poor adaptability to various basins with various underlying surfaces, The lack of specificity of the area and so on. In order to optimize the traditional calculation method, a drainage network and a water system model are set up in a new drainage and flood protection planning of a new area in Baise City. According to the characteristics of the drainage basin, a corresponding confluence model is selected to calculate the design flood of each river channel, and compared with the instantaneous unit line The results of the comparative analysis of the law, a preliminary validation of the rationality of the model algorithm can be used as a reference for similar projects.
