本文观察850伦辐照后造血干细胞生成的恢复与调节。小鼠30天死亡79.3%。造血细胞最大的抑制:~3H-TdR掺入率8%(24h);CFU-S 3%(48h);有核细胞数3%(96h)。细胞内cAMP含量照后显著增加。~3H-TdR掺入率照后4~5天开始上升表明造血干细胞增殖活力的恢复。细胞数量和cAMP是造血干细胞增殖分化恢复的重要的调控信息。
In this paper, we observed the resumption and regulation of hematopoietic stem cell production after 850 exposure. Mice died of 79.3% in 30 days. The maximum inhibition of hematopoietic cells: 3H-TdR incorporation rate of 8% (24h); CFU-S 3% (48h); nucleated cell number 3% (96h). After intracellular cAMP content increased significantly. ~ 3H-TdR incorporation rate 4 to 5 days after the start of the rise shows that the proliferation of hematopoietic stem cell recovery. Cell number and cAMP are important regulators of the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells.
