矿石综合加工工艺流程的欠缺,阻碍了不少贫而难选矿床的工业开发。许多选矿厂的工艺流程不能保证充分回收有用组分,将它们毫无意义地弃入废石场。举例来说,沙勃罗夫斯基滑石联合企业选矿厂滑石粗选工艺尾矿含菱镁矿高达65%,每年就有6万吨左右被弃入废石场。而随着该选矿厂改造的实施,尾矿量又显著增加。鉴于上述原因,全苏非金属矿科学研究所进行了沙勃罗夫斯基滑石联合企业尾矿分选试验,旨在回收菱镁矿精矿,满足农业以及耐火材料和其它工业部门的需求。
Ore processing technology deficiencies, hindering a lot of poor and difficult mineral deposits of industrial development. Many concentrator processes do not guarantee the full recovery of useful components and discard them into the waste rock field meaninglessly. For example, the talc roughing process at the Chabulovsky Talc Concentrator, which contains up to 65% of the tailings containing magnesite, has been abandoned to the waste rock at about 60,000 tonnes per year. With the implementation of the beneficiation plant transformation, the amount of tailings has increased significantly. In view of the above, the All-Russian Institute of Non-metallic Minerals Sciences conducted a tailing-sorting test for the Chablovskii talc complex to recover the magnesite concentrate to meet the needs of agriculture and refractory materials and other industrial sectors.
