以无定形硅铝微球胶为原料合成丝光沸石,对合成的工艺条件(碱度、温度、时间、配料此等)进行了研究工作。用色谱法考察了晶化过程的动力学。发现晶化过程中有明显的诱导期存在。得到用丝光沸石对氮氧分离度表示产品质量的论据。晶化前后碱度发生变化是合成丝光沸石的一个特征条件,控制碱度变化可得到质量稳定的丝光沸石。
Mordenite was synthesized from amorphous silica-alumina microspheres as a raw material, and the technological conditions (alkalinity, temperature, time and ingredients) of the synthesized mordenite were studied. Chromatography was used to investigate the kinetics of crystallization. It is found that there is a distinct induction period in the crystallization process. Obtained with mordenite nitrogen oxide separation of the quality of the argument. Changes in alkalinity before and after crystallization is a characteristic condition for the synthesis of mordenite, control of alkalinity changes can be obtained with stable quality mordenite.
