建设学习型、服务型、创新型工会是工会组织适应经济关系、劳动关系变化,主动迎接新机遇、新挑战的必然选择。工会组织要在继承传统工作优势的基础上更加注重工作理念、工作方法、工作品牌的创新实践,使工会工作保持旺盛的生机与活力。学习型工会是对工会能力建设方面的要求,创新型工会是对工会工作方式和运行机制方面的要求,服务型工会是对工会本质属性和工会工作内容方面的要求。学习是基础,创新是途径,服务是目的,三者相辅相成,内在统一。只有学习才能开启创新的阀门,才能提升服务的质量和水平。
