自2015年10月14日起施行的《干部教育培训工作条例》至今,干部教育培训工作稳步推进,尤其在培训基层干部上凸显出较强的针对性和时效性,取得了一些成绩。但是,为了进一步把基层干部教育培训工作做得更全面、更具体,给基层党校提出了新的要求,根据自己的工作岗位和对条例的学习,加上平时单位对基层干部培训工作方面存在的一些问题,提出一些建议,目的是为了让基层干部教育培训工作做得更好,让基层干部来党校能真正地学到理论教育和加强党性修养的效果,提高干事创业的本领。
Since the Regulations on the Work of Education and Training of Cadres since October 14, 2015, the work of education and training of cadres has been steadily progressing. The purpose is to make grassroots cadres better at education and training, so that grassroots cadres can come to party schools to really learn the theoretical education and enhance the effectiveness of party spirit cultivation, and enhance their ability to start their own businesses.
