作者以非计量的二氧化锡作n型半导体气敏元件的基体,采用外加热及内加热两种测试方法研究其备种制备条件对气敏性能的影响,其中主要涉及基体化学制备方法,不同的粘结剂,元件的结构形式,烧成的温度以及不同掺杂物等等。并从提高稳定性为出发点,适当选择较好的各种条件,初步制出灵敏度、稳定性、互换性较好的气敏元件,能用于煤矿瓦斯和石油气的检出和警报。在有关生产部门进行现埸应用试验,效果较好。
