本文用CB微核法观察了30例恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞微核率、微核细胞率的变化及其剂量效应关系。结果表明放疗后患者的微核率、微核细胞率明显升高,与累积剂量间呈线性正比关系,回归方程分别为:YMNF=39.27+0.71x,YMNCF=34.05+0.58x,其R2值分别为0.9720,0.9782(P<0.01),有较好的拟合度。其中10例食管癌患者放疗后,疗效较优的6例微核率明显高于疗效差的4例(P<0.01),提示机体或局部肿瘤对照射的敏感性不同,微核率的改变与疗效有关系。
The CB micronucleus method was used to observe the changes of micronuclear cells and micronucleus cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes before and after radiotherapy in 30 patients with malignant tumors and their dose-effect relationship. The results showed that the frequency of micronuclei and micronucleus cells were significantly increased after radiotherapy, which was linearly proportional to the cumulative dose. The regression equations were: YMNF=39.27+0.71x, YMNCF=34.05+0.58x, and R2. The values were 0.9720 and 0.9782 (P<0.01), respectively. Of the 10 patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy, the 6 patients with better curative effect had significantly higher frequency of micronucleus than 4 patients with poor curative effect (P<0.01), suggesting that the sensitivity of the body or local tumor to irradiation was different, and the change of micronucleus frequency was associated with The effect is related.
