目的通过对2003~2007年苏南某市食物中毒情况的分析,揭示其分布、原因及变化趋势,为制定相应对策提供依据。方法对全市发生的食物中毒调查报告进行统计学、流行病学分析。结果2003~2007年全市共报告食物中毒事件44起,事件发生场所主要集中在集体食堂,中毒起数和中毒人数分别占31.80%和46.48%,细菌性食物中毒发生起数和中毒人数所占的比率最高,分别占63.64%和86.48%,其次为化学性食物中毒。结论提高食物中毒事件的预警和应急处理能力,将该市的食物中毒事件发生控制在最低限度。
Objective To analyze the distribution of food poisoning in a city in southern Jiangsu from 2003 to 2007, reveal the distribution, causes and trends of food poisoning, and provide evidence for the corresponding countermeasures. Methods A statistical and epidemiological analysis of food poisoning in the city was conducted. Results From 2003 to 2007, a total of 44 food poisoning incidents were reported in the city. The incidents occurred mainly in collective canteens, with the number of poisonings and poisoning accounting for 31.80% and 46.48% respectively. The number of bacterial food poisonings and the number of poisoning accounted for The highest rate, accounting for 63.64% and 86.48%, followed by chemical food poisoning. Conclusion To improve the ability of early warning and emergency handling of food poisoning incidents to minimize the occurrence of food poisoning incidents in the city.
