晕宁合剂是由我院老院长、全国名中医、主任中医师邵荣世的临床经验方制备而成的纯中药制剂,具有平肝化痰、理气行水的功能,临床上治疗美尼尔氏病具有很好的疗效。现将其制备方法及质量控制报道如下。1处方与制备方法1.1处方由牡蛎、泽泻、茯苓、姜半夏、车前子、天麻、炒白术、怀牛膝、橘红组成。1.2制备方法上药加水煎煮2次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1 h。合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至1.10～1.
