本文以浙江育英职业技术学院为例,对高职院校学生社团建设存在的问题、发展思路等方面作了一定的思考,提出改进建议:明确社团定位,实现社团建设和管理“质”的突破;加大社团经费投入,确保各项活动有效开展;深化社团负责人素质建设,为社团提供可持续发展;完善社团指导机制,提升社团活动内涵。 Taking Zhejiang Yuying Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper makes some considerations on the existing problems and development ideas of the student associations in higher vocational colleges and puts forward suggestions for improvement: clarifying the orientation of the association, realizing the “quality” ; To increase investment in community funds to ensure the effective implementation of various activities; deepen the quality of the construction of the heads of associations for the community to provide sustainable development; improve the community guidance mechanism to enhance the connotation of community activities.
