目的归纳和概括环境响应聚质体的形成机理与研究进展。方法以国内外具有代表性的32篇文献为依据,分别对p H、温度、氧化还原、光、磁等响应的智能型药物载体的设计原理和实验方法进行分析、整理和归纳。结果聚质体借助外部或内部的刺激对环境做出响应,实现药物定向递送,增强疗效,并降低不良反应。结论构建环境响应型聚质体对于药物的运载和释放具有重要的研究意义。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and summarize the formation mechanism and research progress of environmental response to the apoplast. Methods Based on 32 representative documents at home and abroad, the design principles and experimental methods of intelligent drug carriers responding to p H, temperature, redox, light and magnetism were analyzed and summarized. Results Deltas respond to the environment with external or internal stimuli to achieve targeted drug delivery, enhance efficacy and reduce adverse reactions. Conclusion The construction of environmental responsive aggregates is of great research significance for drug delivery and release.
