一、企业培训中存在的问题1、培训计划的制定缺乏培训需求分析。制定培训计划第一要分析企业培训的需求;其次要对培训人员进行分析,重点分析他们需要什么培训;再次,根据培训需求制定出培训目标,从而可以有针对性的设置培训课程。而目前在做培训计划时,缺少对各类需参加培训人员情况的调研工作,对培训人员的基础情况也缺乏深入的了解。因此,学员培训结束后,感觉没有学到所要学的知识、技能。
