在大学英语教学不断改革的今天,教育者们在不断的探索更加有效的教育方式,在此过程中,英国议会制辩论出现在这种英语教学平台中。笔者通过行动研究的方式,证明了英国议会制辩论在大学英语口语中的必要性和可行性。英国议会制辩论不仅是课堂上口语练习的手段,在大学英语教学仍然只强调词汇记忆和模仿的形式中,英国议会制辩论也是对学生知识背景的补充和批判性思维的锻炼。合理的把英国议会制辩论带入到大学英语口语课堂是可行的,也是有效的。
In the continuous reform of college English teaching today, educators are constantly exploring more effective ways of education, in the process, the British parliamentary debate in this English teaching platform. Through the way of action research, the author proves the necessity and feasibility of British parliamentary debate in college spoken English. British parliamentary debate is not only a means of oral practice in the classroom, the English parliamentary debate is also a supplement to the student’s knowledge and exercise of critical thinking in the college English teaching is still only emphasizing vocabulary memory and imitation. It is feasible and effective to bring the British parliamentary debate into the college oral English class reasonably.
