非营利艺术团体从事的是一项崇高的文化事业,与其他非营利性组织相同,具有非营利性、民间性、自治性、志愿性等共性特征,而同时又由于其组织成员的艺术专长性特点,使非营利性艺术团体的管理面临许多问题。文章从改善组织管理水平、提高组织成员素质、加强组织文化建设、解决发展资金问题四个方面提出了通过构建组织公民行为,来提高非营利艺术团体管理绩效的策略。
Nonprofit arts groups are engaged in a noble cultural undertaking, which, like other non-profit organizations, has common features such as nonprofit, non-governmental, autonomy and volunteerism. At the same time, due to the artistic expertise of its members, Characteristics, the management of non-profit art organizations faces many problems. The article proposes strategies to improve the management performance of non-profit art organizations through the construction of organizational citizenship behaviors from four aspects: improving the organization and management level, improving the quality of the organization members, strengthening the organizational culture and solving the development fund problem.
