在我国完善社会主义市场经济体制,全面建设小康社会的新的历史条件下,中华全国手工业合作总社第六次代表大会于2004年11月在京召开。“六代会”上,党中央、国务院领导充分肯定了集体经济在中国特色社会主义建设中所发挥的重要作用以及各级联社为发展集体经济所做出的重要贡献。
Under the new historical conditions of perfecting the socialist market economic system and building an overall well-to-do society in our country, the Sixth Congress of the China National Handicrafts Trade Cooperation Headquarters was held in Beijing in November 2004. At the “Sixth Congress,” the leaders of the Party Central Committee and the State Council fully affirmed the important role played by the collective economy in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the important contributions made by all levels of the Chinese Communist Party in the development of the collective economy.
