随着政治、经济、科技和文化交流与合作的日益活跃,在工作活动中形成的档案越来越多、内容越来越丰富。档案保密工作也将面临着新的挑战。很多档案信息涉及国家的安全和利益,涉及经济技术秘密,涉及社会秩序和个人隐私等内容。所以如何正确处理保守秘密与利用档案信息资源的关系,就成为了一个重点解决的问题。如何迎刃而上,建立健全各项制度,既做好档案保密工作又能更好地为经济和社会的发展提供服务,文章从档案涉密情况的变化进行分析,主要研究档案保密工作的现状,并提出加强档案保密工作采取的措施。
