目的 探讨血小板源生长因子 (PDG F)在脑膜瘤发生和发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化检测新鲜脑膜瘤组织中PDGF及其受体表达 ,用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡情况 ,同时进行细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)检测。结果 脑膜瘤高表达PDGF及其受体 ,且以表达PDGFB链及PDGFβ受体为主 ,部分脑膜瘤表达水平很低的PDGFA链 ,几乎不表达PDGFα受体 ;非典型性脑膜瘤PDGFBB、PDGFRβ蛋白表达水平及PCNA指数高于良性脑膜瘤 ,但同时其凋亡也增加。结论 PDGFBB/Rβ自分泌环可能在脑膜瘤的发生和发展过程中起着重要作用
Objective To investigate the role of platelet-derived growth factor (PDG F) in the pathogenesis and progression of meningioma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PDGF and its receptor in fresh meningiomas. The apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method and the cell proliferative nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected. Results The meningiomas expressed high levels of PDGF and PDGFR chains, PDGFB chains and PDGFβ receptors, and PDGFA chains with low expression levels in some meningiomas. PDGFBB, PDGFRβ protein The expression level and PCNA index were higher than that of benign meningiomas, but at the same time, their apoptosis also increased. Conclusion PDGFBB / Rβ autocrine loop may play an important role in the occurrence and development of meningiomas
