应用多元非线性分析方法,分析了屈服强度690MPa、厚25mm、30mm和40mm高强钢板在宝钢5m厚板生产线的工艺参数和力学性能之间的关系,拟合了力学性能和工艺参数的多元非线性函数关系,可较好地模拟大生产工艺和性能之间的关系。通过对大生产数据的多元非线性分析可知,提高25mm、30mm和40mm钢板终轧温度和降低终冷温度均有利于提高屈服强度和抗拉强度。
Using multivariate nonlinear analysis method, the relationship between process parameters and mechanical properties of high strength steel plate with yield strength of 690MPa, thickness of 25mm, thickness of 30mm and thickness of 40mm in Baosteel 5m thick slab production line was analyzed. The mechanical properties and multivariate nonlinearity of process parameters Function relationship, can better simulate the relationship between large-scale production technology and performance. According to the multivariate non-linear analysis of large production data, it is found that increasing the finishing temperature of 25mm, 30mm and 40mm steel and decreasing the final cold temperature all contribute to the improvement of yield strength and tensile strength.
