中学体育教学的质量与中学生的身体素质密切相关,在科学技术迅速发展、知识结构快速更新的今天,是否能够胜任中学体育教学的任务,对中学体育教师的综合素质提出了新的要求。本文以河北省中学体育教师作为研究的切入点,采用理论分析、案例调查、数理统计等多种方法对其继续教育的现状进行调研,并对存在的问题进行分析,最终提出针对性的解决策略。论文的研究成果以期为河北省中学体育教师教学素质的提升提供些许借鉴。
The quality of middle school PE teaching is closely related to the physical quality of middle school students. With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid updating of knowledge structure, the task of middle school PE teaching can be qualified or not. It poses new requirements for the comprehensive quality of middle school PE teachers. In this paper, PE teachers in middle schools in Hebei Province as the starting point for the study, using the theoretical analysis, case studies, mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct a survey of their continuing education status quo, and analysis of existing problems, and ultimately propose targeted solutions . The research results of the dissertation provide some reference for the improvement of teaching quality of middle school PE teachers in Hebei Province.
