我组于1980年开始试用液体振荡培养菌丝体,接种培育香菇,获得了正常的子实体。菌种为7402。配料为甘蔗渣100克,锯屑100克,米糠100克,白糖20克,酵母粉(添加剂)2克,水1000毫升。甘蔗渣、锯屑、米糠煮沸后再煮30分钟,过滤取汁,加入白糖和酵母粉再煮沸,pH在6.8~7,分别装入500毫升三角瓶中,每瓶约装300毫升,加玻璃珠12粒,瓶口用八层纱布包扎,高压消毒25分钟后接种,置振荡床上振荡培养。据观察,添加酵母粉的每毫升含香菇菌丝球数,培养4天为94个、5天为104个、6天为56个;而添加硫酸铵的分别为59、81和36个。说明酵母粉含有多种生长因子,对香菇菌丝在液体之中的生长和健壮有促进作用。

This shows that yeast contains many kinds of growth factors, which can promote the growth and robustness of mushroom mycelium in the liquid.
