套简冠重建是结合固定式与活动式重建优点的一种新型修复方法，临床广泛应用于各种需重建的病例。该修复方法特点是：（１）通过牙体制备可降低伸长的天然牙临床牙冠高度与调整天然牙向缺牙区倾斜的倾斜度，使与其它基牙协调。（２）过渡性临时修复体可观察胎位是否稳定，并起到治疗性作用，最终过渡到重建修复治疗的完成，（３）最终修复后能有效提高咀嚼效能，达到审美要求，整个修复体与天然牙相似，无卡环与金属外露，容易被患者接受。
