为降低直齿轮精锻成形载荷,提高锻件精度和模具寿命,文章在对闭式锻造成形载荷影响因素分析的基础上,提出在保证齿形充填的同时对中心部位分流降压的成形思路。设计了直齿轮预锻预制分流孔、终锻分流成形的工艺和装置,并采用有限元软件和实验方法分析了该工艺对金属流动和成形载荷的影响。结果表明,该工艺能够通过控制坯料在模腔中的流动,在较小的成形载荷下获得充填完好的锻件。
In order to reduce the precision forging forming load of the spur gear and improve the precision of the forging and the service life of the die, the article puts forward the forming method of shunting and depressurizing the central part while ensuring the filling of the tooth profile on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the closed forging forming load. The technology and device of pre-forging split-stream and final forging shunting were designed. The influence of the process on the metal flow and forming load was analyzed by finite element software and experimental method. The results show that the process can be obtained by controlling the flow of billet in the mold cavity, with a small forming load to obtain a well-filled forgings.
