目的建立梯度洗脱法对消炎片中黄芩苷进行含量测定,为提高制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法黄芩苷为含量测定指标,采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm);以甲醇为流动相A;以0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果黄芩苷的回归方程:y=2 495.299 3x-0.836 0(r=1.000 00),加样回收率为97.30%,RSD为1.56%。结论该方法具有样品处理简便、测定周期短、灵敏度高、重现性好、专属性强的特点,可以有效控制消炎片的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a gradient elution method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoyan Tablets to provide the basis for improving the quality control of the preparation. Methods Baicalin was used as an index to determine the content of Baicalin. HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm) using methanol as mobile phase A and 0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase B ; Flow rate: 1.0 ml / min, detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results Baicalin regression equation: y = 2 495.299 3x-0.836 0 (r = 1.000 00), sample recovery was 97.30%, RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple sample processing, short measuring cycle, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and strong specificity, which can effectively control the quality of anti-inflammatory tablets.
