为了在公路管理中制定系统科学的速度控制方案,提高公路交通安全性和通行效率,基于公路几何指标的安全性验证和沿线运行速度协调一致性评价,对既有公路的交通特征、交通安全现状、公路线形条件等因素进行分析,利用公路运行速度预测模型,采用筛选、迭代分析法优化公路沿线路段的限速值,得到最优的速度控制方案,并在深外环高速公路等实际工程中得以应用。研究结果表明:以公路实际交通状况为依据,通过评价检验公路沿线几何指标和行驶速度,采取控制行驶速度(满足限速值)或提供与公路行驶条件相适应的有效处置措施,保证了车辆行驶速度的连续和协调,可以最大程度地保障车辆行驶安全性,同时优化提升了以设计速度进行限速的传统模式。
