上世纪末,按照社会主义市场经济的要求,国企进行市场化改革,建立现代企业制度。然而,一部分国企在市场经济中遭遇困境,进而再次改制。在此过程中,国企员工发生了大规模的流动。本文以某金属冶炼国有企业为研究对象,观察企业内管理人员群体、技术工人群体与普通工人群体三大群体的流动。研究发现,国企改制过程中不同群体因资本不同而有些迥异的流动模式,而经营层因拥有政治资本而存在着权力维续。
At the end of last century, in accordance with the requirements of the socialist market economy, state-owned enterprises conducted market-oriented reforms and established a modern enterprise system. However, some state-owned enterprises have encountered difficulties in the market economy and then restructured again. In the process, large-scale movements of state employees took place. In this paper, a metal smelting state-owned enterprises as the research object, observe the flow of three groups of managers, technical workers and ordinary workers in the enterprise. The study found that different groups in the process of state-owned enterprise restructuring have some very different flow patterns due to different capital levels, while the management level has the power to maintain due to the possession of political capital.
