武钢二高炉从1982年6月第二代大修后,由于炉身砖衬大面积脱落,被迫于1985年4月进行了小中修,将炉身砖衬改为薄壁砖衬。为了保护炉衬,延长高炉炉身寿命,在强化高炉冶炼的同时,积极采取活跃炉缸和维护合理煤气流分布的装料制度等先进技术措施,使高炉炉况稳定顺行,生产水平不断提高,各项技术经济指标达到国家一级高炉的先进标准。本文就1986年9月以来该高炉的装料制度进行扼要分析探讨。一、煤气分布在高炉下部送风制度合理和原、燃料条件基本稳定的情况下,高炉气流分布合理与否,主要取决于装料制度。若装料制度改变,炉内气流分布将发生变化。在不同装料
After the second generation overhaul of WISCO second blast furnace in June 1982, due to the large area of the body brick lining falling off, it was forced to carry out a small medium and small repair in April 1985 to change the shaft brick lining to a thin wall brick lining.
