选用抗人T细胞CD3杂交瘤细胞产生的腹水,经系列免疫化学方法纯化和鉴定后,以异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记纯化之抗CD3单克隆抗体。将构建的荧光抗体与标准抗CD3单克隆抗体在流式细胞仪上分别对同一样本进行检测共24例,CD3+细胞分别是(638±43)%和(682±47)%,两者差异无显著性(P>005)。本文结果为进一步使国产抗CD系列单克隆抗体应用于流式细胞仪提供了基础
The ascites produced by anti-human T cells CD3 hybridoma cells were purified and identified by a series of immunochemical methods. The purified anti-CD3 monoclonal antibodies were labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). A total of 24 cases of CD3 + cells were detected by flow cytometry (638 ± 43%) and (682 ± 43), respectively, compared with the standard anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody 7)%, no significant difference between the two (P> 0 05). The results of this article will provide the basis for further application of domestic anti-CD monoclonal antibodies to flow cytometry
