我厂的两台滚动轮移单链式铸铁机,因铸铁量大,链带的机械磨损快,设备故障较多,经常因铸不完铁水而迫使高炉慢风或休风,因而决定对铸铁机进行改进.一、对链轮、链接板的改进图1为改进前链轮与链接板安装简图.由于链接板与链轮的结构尺寸不合理,当链带稍微跑偏运行到下轨道链接板的圆弧面顶面(A面)时就会与下轨道摩擦.链接板上的A面三轮轴中心线的距离为88mm,大于与轨道接触的链轮半径82.5mm,当链带稍有摆动时,链接板与轨道接触,产生滑动摩擦,使轨道及链接板磨损,增加了运行的机械阻力,导致电机电流加大.进行如下改进(见图2):链轮的直径增加至180mm,链接板两孔中心线至缺口位置的距离由原来的38mm减至30mm.为避免
