当前随着科学技术的不断发展,计算机技术在诸多领域已经有了相应的应用,其中在项目管理中的应用方面就有着重要作用发挥。工程项目管理作为建设项目中新型的管理技术,在当前先进的计算机技术作用下,对项目管理的效率提升就有着积极促进作用。本文主要就计算机技术在项目管理中的作用及影响因素加以分析,然后就项目管理中计算机技术的应用问题及应用策略进行详细探究。
At present, with the continuous development of science and technology, computer technology has been applied in many fields. Among them, it plays an important role in the application of project management. As a new type of management technology in construction projects, project management plays an active role in promoting the efficiency of project management under the current advanced computer technology. This article mainly analyzes the function and influencing factors of computer technology in project management, and then probes into the application of computer technology in project management and its application strategy.
