西南112是利用小麦隐性核型不育系2011Z1(08L5070)与恢复系K152-2配制的杂交组合(11S12),参加重庆市2011~2012、2012~2013年度区域试验和2013~2014年度生产试验。结果表明:3a平均产量为4 167.5 kg/hm2,比对照渝麦7号增产10.5%;千粒重458 g,比对照重1.7 g;穗粒数39.3粒,比对照多1.6粒。2a品质测定结果 :西南112的容重811 g/L、降落数值353 s、粗蛋白(干基)15 15%、湿面筋31.2%、吸水量62.9 ml/100 g、形成时间5.5min、稳定时间6.5 min、弱化度90 F.U.、粉质质量系数96 mm,是高产高蛋白质的中筋小麦品种。2015年经重庆市农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名西南112,适宜于在重庆市及气候条件相似地区种植。
Southwest 112 is a hybrid combination (11S12) made from recessive karyotype 2011Z1 (08L5070) and restorer K152-2, and participated in the regional trials of Chongqing from 2011 to 2012 and from 2012 to 2013 and the production test from 2013 to 2014 . In 2015, it was validated by Chongqing Crop Variety Approval Committee and named Southwest 112, suitable for planting in Chongqing and areas with similar climatic conditions.
