口语交际是知识与能力的综合应用和体现。由于小学生正处于知识学习初级阶段,可塑性很强。在小学阶段培养学生良好的口语交际能力,贴近生活实际而又体现出语文学习的工具性特点。《义务教育语文课程标准》指出:口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力,应培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。
Oral communication is the comprehensive application and manifestation of knowledge and ability. Because primary school students are in the early stages of knowledge learning, plasticity is very strong. In the elementary school, students develop good oral communicative competence, close to the actual conditions of life, but also reflect the instrumental characteristics of language learning. The standard of compulsory education Chinese curriculum states: Oral communicative competence is an essential ability of modern citizens.
