锻锤工作时的强烈振动,对周围环境和锻锤本身都会产生不良影响。近几年来,各国对锻压机械的振动和防振问题开始给予较多的注意。一些国家,从保护环境的角度出发,已对包括锻锤振动在内的所谓“公害振动”制定了限制标准。有的国家,在新建的锻工车间中有75%~100%的锻锤采用了防振基础。随着生产文明程度和对环境要求的提高,锻锤的防振问题将会逐渐提上议事日程。本文从振动的力学特性、振动的传播和影响、防振基础的结构和计算等方面,对锻锤的振动和防振问题作一综述。

In this paper, the vibration and anti-vibration of the forging hammer are reviewed in terms of the mechanical characteristics of vibration, the propagation and influence of vibration, the structure and calculation of the foundation of anti-vibration.
