常规二次钝化常温发黑技术具有膜层致密纯黑、附着力高的优点，但是钝化时间长，没有充分发挥常温发黑的优势。为克服该工艺的缺点，在原发黑液配方的基础上，通过改变直接影响发黑效果的有效成分的配比并加入常温高效磷化促进剂的方法，实现了免钝化常温发黑工艺。
Conventional secondary passivation blackening at room temperature has the advantages of dense black film, high adhesion, but the passivation for a long time, did not give full play to the advantages of black at room temperature. In order to overcome the shortcomings of this process, a passivation-free room temperature blackening process was achieved by changing the ratio of the active ingredients that directly affect the blackening effect and adding the high-temperature phosphating accelerator at room temperature based on the formulation of the original black liquor.
