With the continuous development of society, the status that electric energy occupies in people’s daily production and life becomes more and more important. Whether electric power supply is scientific or not is not only influencing the economy of people’s livelihood but also the development of society. Advances in science and technology have driven the demand for electricity to increase rapidly. The issue of electricity safety and energy saving has become the focus of increasing concern.
