设计矩形花键插齿刀的一个重要参数是花键的节圆直径。根据现行的刀具设计规范,花键节圆直径取值d_(i1)=D_1-2C。我们通过齿形诱导法曲率的计算,认为此经验公式不妥。按此式提供的节圆直径设计出的插齿刀存在如下弊病:(1) 在理论上得不到完全正确的插齿刀刀刃曲线;(2) 刀刃的某些部位极易磨损;(3) 很难得到精确的花键齿形。为此,本文提出改进措施,它将导致:(1) 提高花键的加工精度;(2) 延长插齿刀的使用寿命。
An important parameter for designing a rectangular spline gear shaper is the pitch circle diameter of the spline. According to the current tool design specifications, spline pitch diameter d_ (i1) = D_1-2C. We calculate the curvature of the tooth induced by law, that the empirical formula is not appropriate. According to this type of pitch circle diameter designed gear shaper has the following drawbacks: (1) in theory not completely correct shaper cutter edge curve; (2) some parts of the blade is extremely easy to wear; (3) ) It is difficult to get accurate spline tooth shape. To this end, this paper presents improvements that will lead to: (1) to improve the machining accuracy of splines; (2) to extend the service life of gear shaper.
