合理的城市规划管理方法可以推动城市的发展,而建筑工程项目的规划是其中非常重要的一个部分。近几年,我国的建筑工程规划管理水平得到了很大的提升,但是依然存在一些问题。首先城市规划管理法律体系还不够完善,规划管理工作的保障措施不全,同时规划管理人员的专业性水平有待提升,这一系列的问题在很大程度上影响了建筑工程规划管理工作。这就需要规划管理部门采取对应的措施解决问题,依法做好建筑工程规划管理工作。本文在分析当前我国建筑工程规划管理面临的问题的基础上,还具体分析了规划管理的基本原则以及解决方法。
Rational urban planning and management methods can promote the development of the city, and the construction project planning is one of the very important part. In recent years, China’s construction project planning and management has been greatly improved, but there are still some problems. First of all, the legal system of urban planning and administration is not perfect enough, and the guarantee measures for planning and management work are not complete.
